Dear Brethren:

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 229th Annual Communication of the Grand Lodge of Free and

Accepted Masons of the State of New York will be OPENED and TILED at Masonic Hall, 71 West 23rd Street, New York City, at exactly 9:00 A.M., on Monday, May 3, 2010, and will reconvene as TILED on Tuesday, May 4, 2010 at 9:00 A.M. at the same location. The Annual Communication is ONLY open to Members of the Grand Lodge of New York as defined under Section 102 of the Constitutionsand invited guests and dignitaries who are Master Masons in good standing. Non-Masons are excluded from Tiled meetings.

 

SEATING WILL BE ARRANGED by Masonic Districts, with each District Deputy Grand Master assigned a seat with his respective District.

 

Each District Deputy Grand Master, Grand Director of Ceremonies, Grand Steward, Grand Sword Bearer, Grand Chaplain and Grand Lodge Committee Member must report to the Grand Lodge Committee on “Credentials of Members and Returns of Lodges at Masonic Hall” prior to the opening of EACH DAY'S session for attendance purposes.

 

The Grand Lodge Committee on “Credentials of Members and Returns of Lodges” will be located in the Ionic Room on the 6th floor of the Masonic Hall. Failure to have your attendance properly documented by the Committee on Credentials of Members and Returns of Lodges, may adversely affect your expense voucher. District Deputy Grand Masters will also receive their respective Districts Annual Communication Welcome Packet containing essential forms, ballots and other items from the Grand Lodge Committee on Credentials of Members and Returns of Lodges.

 

*Please note that the Grand Lodge Committee on Pay of Members and Representatives will be located in the Renaissance Room on the 61h Floor of the Masonic Hall.
